Refunds and exchanges are only given within 7 days from the day your order was delivered. The refund will exclude shipping charge.

No refunds on custom orders, unless we made an error in crafting. In which case, we will be happy to accommodate a refund or exchange. Otherwise, we will do an exchange only.

For both exchanges and returns, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees involved. Buyer MUST converse with us for approval on the exchange or return before sending the package. If not, we will not process the exchange or refund.
